PIGS feet

You know the story about the little piggies that went to market - well I found out what happened to them. They gave all their feet to Nurse Practitioner students to practice suturing. We spent the last 1/2 of our semester learning to sew up lacerations - which is my most favorite thing to do. They didn't oink - but they did have a little blood in them still not to mention they were so rubbery. Ham Hawk and Beans anyone??

Marshal did great! Tell him he should compete!!! :)
Cannery looks like fun! We have one out here that we have never been to. I guess I better start going to get that food storage built up!!!

That's pretty gross... But also kinda cool that you are going into that field... because I couldn't and I am thankful there are people that can. I love your new blog header, you look so cute. It had been so long since I'd seen you, I kinda forgot what you looked like... lol Still pretty as ever!

Sick. Glad I wasn't eating. Good to know there's a great nurse in town if we ever need one when we are up there!

Yucky!!!! I am so glad it is you and not me doing that pig stuff. I don't think my stomach would handle it. KiKi is doing better, the spots have lessened in color a bit. (Hopefully they will be gone in a couple days) I am still not sure about Talen and the carbidopa. He seems fine, but he twitches at night like he is having a bad dream or something. But, who knows, maybe he is dreaming. Anyway, hope all is well with you guys. I just love hearing from you, so keep in touch. (I check your blog like everyday, so keep posting!!) By the way, I love your new picture of you and Marshall. SOOO CUTE!!!

Ok, seriously - the pigs feet are ugly - they remind me of when we dissected pigs in Mr. whatever his name was biology class. But it was so fun to hear from you and see your blog. You look GREAT! We just took our kids to a rodeo last night, and I thought of you - funny huh? Easton was completely bummed when they didn't call his name for the Mutton buston (sp?) - but Tyler tried to catch a cow, and that made it all worth it – he’s such a city boy. And no, he didn’t catch one! :) Keep in touch - I love to reminisce & it's so fun to see what everyone is up to now.
